1959 Aston Martin DB4 Series I

This car has the benefit of an incredibly comprehensive history with Aston Martin from new, being a factory development car and Tadek Marek’s personal car before being sold to BP Oils as a further development car. Today the engine is a fresh 4.2 litre unit with new Cosworth pistons and steel conrods, large valves, strengthened bottom end and triple 45 DCOE Webbers. Coupled to a DB5 ZF gearbox via an aluminium flywheel and sintered twin plate race clutch. The rear axle is a limited slip and strengthened. The suspension is now fully adjustable with telescopic shockabsorbers to the rear. Currently MOT’d and road registered with its original registration number. This is an excellent car for somebody to either compete in AMOC B2 racing or as a long distance rally car or simply a fast road car.
